O'Keeffe - Paintings From the Faraway Nearby

It's terrible that it's taken this long to report on a wonderful show that performed in January of 2007, but Marki Shalloe should be commended. She is a definite artist that displays in her writings and her characters the history, the love, the laughter and the importance of women in the world. The Atlanta-American-World-Famous actress, Josie Burgin Lawson, did a superb job bringing the wonderful O'Keeffe to life as only a lively story-teller can. Bravo to Theatre Decatur for taking on this project and entertaining the audiences with this wonderful piece. May it grace the stages of Atlanta again!
